The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences wishes you and your families a Thanksgiving holiday celebration filled with joy and gratitude. As a reminder, all University facilities will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 25-26. For your reference, hours of operation during this holiday break are:

  • Wednesday, November 24—students released when classes end at Noon (local time); employees leave at 3 p.m. (local time); campus and libraries will close at 3 p.m. (local time)
  • Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26—all campus facilities closed
  • Saturday, November 27 and Sunday, November 28—campuses and libraries open 9 a.m.-7 p.m. (local time) with limited staff; check with your campus director for specific amenities/services/study areas that are available
  • All clinical/fieldwork students are expected to follow the holiday schedule of their clinic. Please reference the Clinical Education/Fieldwork Handbook available on MyUSA>Clinical Service>Student Resources and Forms for the attendance policy (ensure you are logged into MyUSA to access).

The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences has kicked off its “Let’s Get Back…GET VAXXED” campaign in conjunction with current Campus Reentry Protocols. To enter campus, all USAHS students, employees, vendors and visitors must voluntarily disclose and agree to provide documentation that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or submit proof of a valid negative COVID-19 test taken within seven days prior to each campus entry. 

  • September 9, 2021: Class schedules are no longer being added to the Rentry Website. Students may attain their schedules from their Program Director or specific program portal.

  • August 9, 2021- Vaccination Update: Impact on student and clinical experiences on the Return to Campus website

  • Effective July 12: Read this update on shared spaces on campus, including use of refrigerators and microwaves, on the Return to Campus website

  • Mask use: Masks are required when entering campus/in line and while indoors on campus. Please reference the "Important Mask and USAHS Protocols Update" for important updates and COVID-19 protocol reminders.
